Rastus is a Class in show, Group, Runner Up in Group, Class in Group winner. Rastus was my first show dog. The start of the addiction. He was the learning ground for me. Rastus had beautiful markings, outline and temperament.

He was the leader at Phelix kennels when he was with me. Rastus taught Kasey everything she know's. Which looking back on it was not such a good thing.

Rastus unfortunately passed away on 9 December 2002.

Kasey was a Class in Show, Class in Specialty Show, Group Winner, and Runner Up Best in Group Winner. Kasey consistently placed at the Specialties and Royal Shows. After a sucessful career in the normal conformation class, Kasey retired to the Neuter Classes where she took back to back National Neuter Champion in Canberra 2004 then defending her title successfully in Adelaide in 2006.

Kasey was the teacher of all at Phelix. She was always there to teach and mother puppies and the Adults. She was more than willing to share. Kasey was a favourite with her Grandparents who think that butter did not melt in her mouth. If only they knew the truth.

Kasey sadly passed away on 9 November 2007.

Franklin was a Class in Show, Group, Runner Up in Group, Class in Group winner. Franklin was consistently placed at the specialties and Royals. Franklin was my first home bred champion. He will always be my special little boy. If there was something naughty going on Franklin was in it.

Franklin had some lovely wins in his short life and thank you to the judges both locally and internationally who recognised the beautiful qualities Franklin had. Franklin's movement was exceptional.

Unfortunately Franklin passed away on 27.11.05.  My special green turtle

Polo is a beautiful Weimaraner who has excelled in the show ring.   He has been successful at both Specialties and All Breeds shows and been a consistent performer from a young age.

Polo's achievements include Class in Group, Best in Group, Class in Show All Breeds and Specialties and his biggest award Best in Show at All Breeds Level. Polo's temperament is excellent along with his ability to move and cover the ground.

At the Weimaraner National held in Melbourne in 2005 Polo was graded Excellent something that all breeders strive to achieve with their dogs.   He was also placed third in his class out of   some 35+ entries.

Polo now lives with Chantelle and her family near Bendigo and is enjoying the life of running with the horses and going on family holidays near the river.

Ryder lived in Adelaide with Danny, Lisa and Riley Vann. Ryder had been only sparingly shown, but with consistent achievements at All Breeds shows, Royals and Specialties. He enjoyed his walks and playing with his family human and furry. Ryder was a litter brother to Franklin.

I thank Danny, Lisa and Riley for providing such a loving home for Ryder.

Sadly Ryder passed away 2009.

Axel is a bright young boy who had quite a successful time in the show ring.   He managed numerous Class in group awards.   Axel was never afraid to get in and amoungst it at Phelix and was very quick to learn the ropes of what goes on.   Showing was not Axel’s favourite thing to do and now lives up on the sunshine coast with Chantelle McRobertson and her family enjoy the beach and being spoilt rotten.

Axel was bred by Anne Bahr in Townsville and owned by Ian, Jonathan and Shellie Marshall and Kirstin Bullen.   Axel was handled by Kirstin Bullen and Cindy Garro.

Alexis aka “Alex” was a really little lady in every way.  She was a star from the start.  Her temperament was exceptional, her athletisism was outstanding.  Alex carried on with the trait of her mother “Genna” and Grand mother “Annie” of taking off with her food bowl at the end of her meal.  It could always be found halfway down the yard.

Alex won numerous class in group awards and was awarded Class in Show at her very first show with the group being judged by Dalmatian specialist Rob Harbin.  Alex had excellent pigment and was beautifully put together.  She had a face that just made you melt.  Unfortunately Alex was better suited to obedience and is now living the life like the “first lady” with Jackie and Ian in Melbourne.  In typical Alex form she has them working her way.  Alex’s new family love her to bits and from photo’s in the gallery you will see she is still continuing with her athletic ability of keeping everyone running around after her.
